Fees and Payment ~ Appointment Cancellations:
Counseling sessions last 50 minutes per visit. The fee for each session is $95.00 and is payable at the time of each session. In addition, applications for payment on the basis of a sliding fee scale may be made upon request.
I am willing to accept some insurance. However, as an independent out-of-network provider, I prefer to arrange payment directly with the client, avoiding unnecessary administrative overhead costs.
Appointment cancellations must be made in advance of 24 hours prior to scheduled sessions. The client will be charged for appointments that are missed without prior notification. In case of an emergency cancellation, please inform me as soon as possible.
